A trusted operator who deploys modern methods and human-centered leadership to sustainably accelerate enterprise execution.
I thrive in customer focussed environments where technology must directly enable commercial growth. I look past operational complexity to architect fit-for-purpose operating models that align people, capital and technology with the corporate mission. By decoupling organisational complexity from teams, I stabilise scale and ensure the technology function exists to deliver the technology strategy.
Great strategy fails without disciplined execution and is typically derailed by three friction points that compromise delivery: technology functions operating in silos without accountability, critical engineering capacity trapped in legacy technical debt rather than growth and large-scale capital programs that fail to realise tangible business outcomes. I remove this drag through capacity-funded structures, the lightest portfolio oversight the context allows and targeted capability building that lifts throughput. I work with the people and practices already in place, lifting capability without dismantling what works.
For a CEO, I serve as a pragmatic partner who bridges the gap between technical complexity and boardroom accountability. I transform technology functions from cost centres into transparent growth engines, ensuring every strategic dollar builds long-term value.
