My experience spans fintech, trading platforms, banking and superannuation — including establishing a new crypto exchange line of business, leading regulatory and compliance programs, and engaging C-suite, boards and regulators with confidence. I design fit-for-purpose delivery operating models, build high-performing global teams, and embed the governance, funding and assurance frameworks that give boards confidence in technology investment.
